1. Beta Use

Sentinel Paws is currently in beta. This means the software is under active development and may contain bugs or limitations. By participating in the beta, you acknowledge that:

  • We may collect minimal data solely for operational or improvement purposes (see Privacy Policy).
  • Your access may be revoked at any time, without notice.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Sentinel Paws during the beta phase for personal, non-commercial purposes. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Use the software for unlawful or harmful activities.
  • Attempt to circumvent any access controls or license mechanisms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and within the software, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software code, is owned by or licensed to Sentinel Paws and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the beta software at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

The software and website are provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our software or website.
